Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on DigiKeys are final once a license key has been delivered and activated.

However, if the key does not work or is invalid, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund upon verification. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

We do not offer refunds for mistakes in ordering, such as purchasing the wrong version, or if the key has already been used.
